This service has been created for all the Olympus Eyewear collections offering independent practices a comprehensive range of high quality frames and lenses for all sectors of the market. See how this service can save your practice time and money!

X-Press Rx Service (Two DayTurn Around)

We have put together a selection of lenses to cover your day to day needs for patients who require a ‘by return' service. These include Single Vision CR39** (stock & surfaced) 1.6 stock & surfaced, 1.67, 174 single vision, bifocals and progressive lenses.

**Our single vision CR39 stock lens is available FREE OF CHARGE when glazed into any of our frames.

Ordering Procedure

Five Simple Steps

Step 1
Patient chooses a frame from your Olympus Eyewear collection

Step 2
Select suitable lenses from X-Press Rx

Step 3
Fax Olympus Eyewear Rx with full details of the prescription along with name model and colour code of the required frame.

Step 4
The frame will be glazed to the prescription and lens form and returned within the time frames outlined, dependent on the service option selected.

Step 5
Completed orders will be invoiced to you through your existing Olympus Eyewear account.

Calculating the Cost.

1. Express Rx - all prices quoted are net, excluding VAT, for frames and lenses**

Standard Power Ranges and Prices

It is the customers responsibility to check that the required Rx is within the standard range, if it is outside the standard range it will incur an additional £6.00 per lens surcharge on the 6/2 price. Where prices are divided into 3 power ranges, the 6/2 columns for spheres up to + or - 6.00 in the strongest meridian and cyl powers up to 2.00 diopters. 10/4 follow the same rules, prices apply for powers 6/2 and the 3rd column for all other powers Within Range

Stock lens prices apply to all other powers within our stock range. All lenses are priced according to their highest total power, therefore, plus Rxs must be transposed into minus cyl and minus Rxs transposed into plus cyl.

Out of Range Availability and Charges

Please be aware that there are varying Out of Range charges and availability in each section of this price list.

Blank Sizes

Stock Lenses
Each available size is priced separately

Surfaced Lenses (including all bifocals and progressives)
The blank size quoted represents the largest size available at the stated price. Any size smaller than that stated is available at this price. On higher Rxs the maximum possible blank size is normally aperture reduced.
