Olympus Eyewear Ltd
Olympus Eyewear Ltd retains ownership of goods and any intellectual property rights until payment has been received.
Any claims for shortages or damages must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Payment is due by 25th of each month following the invoice. Late payments may result in your account being placed on stop.
Goods that are lost or damaged whilst in transport from Olympus Eyewear Ltd will be replaced or credited provided we are notified within 7 working days of the incident. Goods returned to Olympus Eyewear Ltd that are damaged or lost on route will be the responsibility of the sender.
A copy of the original order must accompany any goods that are returned.
In the event of an order being amended or cancelled we reserve the right to pass on any cost that we have incurred up to the point of the amendment or cancellation.
Olympus Eyewear Ltd will not be liable for the suitability of a particular frame that has been prescribed to the end user.
Olympus Eyewear Ltd liability, if any, for returned, lost or rejected goods will be limited to any charges made by this company to the customer for the specific order in question. All other losses incurred by the customer in respect of loss of retail profit are beyond the scope of our liability
